EbuyGems offers a very transparent and simple one week (07 Days) Return & Replacement policy.
“If any precious or semi-precious gemstones supplied or sold by the company fail the official lab test of the lab established by the Geological Survey of India, then the company guarantees to refund 100% of the full amount (Money Back) against that product.”
✅ Conditions to be eligible for the Returns & Replacement Policy:
- Item(s) must be in their original, sealed pack and unused condition.
- Replacement for items is subject to inspection and checking by the team.
- Damages due to neglect or improper usage will not be included under our policy.
- Product should be accompanied by Original Product Certificate and Original/Copy of Invoice, packaging, documentation, lab certificates, discount coupons, etc.
- Return & Replacement will be entertained for one time only.
👉 For approved returns, we will issue store credit within 7 business days.
💎 Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
For loose gemstones, you can return the gemstone with 90% store credit (no money back) within the one week (07 days) period by meeting the conditions mentioned above.
💍 Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:
(Rings, Pendants, Lockets, Bracelets, etc. and Loose Gemstones Customized Into Jewelry)
Any custom jewelry created for you cannot be returned for money. However, you can request store credit worth 75% of your invoice value for future purchases on our store.
⚖️ Additional Terms:
- All disputes are subject to Jaipur jurisdiction only.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipment is at the customer’s cost.
- Any additional lab certificate ordered separately will not be refunded.
⏱ Processing Time:
Returns will take 7 business days to process from the date of receiving the product at our address.
(Please note: Banks or credit card companies may take additional time to reflect the amount.)

Custom jewelry cannot be returned for money. You can receive 75% store credit.
